Eating lunch on the anti-inflammatory diet...mung beans can increase testosterone. Like you can get that at your local resturant!

My husband and family and I are on the anti-inflammatory diet and I love that it is so incredibly similar to the way we already eat. We are adding extra supplements and cod-liver oil (which I'm actually excited about-weird right?!) and changing snacking to nuts and berries. Mmmmmm. I am so tired of being tired ALLLLLLL the time (three young kids and some heart issues) that I'm ready to not be afraid anymore. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, infinitely.
